The Fitness Edge offers a number of programs outside the basic, club membership. Whether you need personalized and advanced training or you are looking for a simple analysis of your current fitness level, our trainers are here to help. Paid Programs may be group fitness sessions or one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer. We encourage everyone to try something new, push your limits and get educated on your health.
