Challenge Training

Challenge Training is a high intensity series created by our own Spartan Certified Group Trainer, Liz Littell. As an avid competitor who enjoys the benefits and challenges of obstacle courses like the Tough Mudder and the Spartan series, Liz takes your fitness and training to the next level.

Prepare for your next obstacle race with Challenge Training. Build strength and stamina through a variety of intense intervals that combine cardio drills and resistance exercises. Each session begins with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of drills and circuits that include lifting weights, pushups and sit-ups, plyometrics and various types of explosive drills. Everyone works at their own pace, and you may be teamed up in pairs or small groups. Invite your friends so you can train together.

Teams are forming now for upcoming events! Challenge Training times are posted on Face Book and you can email Liz for dates, times and locations.

Cost: $12.00 per member or $15.00 per non-member, per session.
