Cardio Chisel

What is Cardio Chisel?- This class is designed to incorporate major muscle groups while maintaining an elevated heart rate. The focus is on proper technique and challenging your ability to push beyond your conceived physical limits. Hour-long classes typically include a warm-up, a skill development segment, a strength focused workout consisting of mixed aerobic exercises, and finally a period of individual or group stretching.

What are the Benefits of Cardio Chisel?- The aim is to improve muscular strength, cardio-respiratory endurance and flexibility. Those aiming for ultimate fitness combined with strength for improved performance in their sport will benefit from this class. Runners, weight lifters, Spartan challengers and triathletes enjoy the high intensity intervals that result in high caloric burn.

What to Bring: There is no special equipment required. Instructors will provide any dumbells, steps, mats etc, prior to the beginning of class. We recommend comfortable workout attire with warm up gear so you can tear off layers as class intensity increases. Normal tennis shoes, a water bottle and towel are encouraged.

Fitness Level: Adaptive to all levels. Beginners Welcome! Geared toward moderate to highly fit.
