Laura Dodge

Laura Dodge is a Spinning Instructor at the Fitness Edge and has been a member for 10 years. Her journey started here when she decided to get healthy and shed 140 pounds. Through diet and exercise she has maintained most of the weight loss and remains committed to staying active and healthy. Laura has completed a Triathlon, raced in several 5ks and climbs mountains. Becoming a Spinning Instructor has helped to stay the path. “I believe it is NEVER too late to change. My motto is NO EXCUSES! Be persistent and consistent and never, never give up!”
