Fitness Studios

The Fitness Edge has 3 exercise studios for maximizing your workout. Whether you prefer group fitness, indoor cycling, personal training or doing your own thing, we have the classes, the trainers and the space.

Group Fitness Studio

The largest studio at our club features 1,350 square feet of space for group fitness classes including Yoga, Ballroom Dancing, Karate, Tai Chi, Meditation, Barre and many others. 

Stay fit with classes like Cross Edge, Tabata, Power Tone, Muscle Up and Move and even Boot Camp. This studio provides a clean and spacious area for any workout. Non-slip hardwood flooring, mirrors, natural light and plenty of equipment is provided to ensure a great workout experience.

Overflow Studio

The overflow studio is reserved for members who need space with a personal trainer or desire privacy during their workout.

Room hours are posted on the studio door and vary month to month based on the class schedule. Reservations are available if needed. This studio is equipped with a TV, DVD player, CD player, mirrors, non-slip hardwood flooring and white board. Get out of your basement, and bring your workout videos here! 

Indoor Cycling Studio

Our cycling studio hosts 16 Spinner Pro stationary bikes designed by Star Trac. They are equipped with basket and clip-in pedals, cushioned seats and completely adjustable frames for any sized rider. Certified instruction is offered daily, if not twice per day, and every class is open to all levels from beginner to expert.
