About Abby

Yoga, Pilates, and Barre have been at the heart of my fitness journey since 2015. Along the way, I have trained for and completed several half marathons. Race training helps me develop a balanced and mindful approach to movement and endurance. Before stepping into the fitness world, I spent five years as a 2nd-grade teacher, where I developed a deep love for helping others grow and achieve their goals. Outside the studio, I cherish time with my family and our newest addition, Jameson, who we welcomed in May of 2025.

I’m passionate about creating an inclusive, motivating space where people can feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies.
