All Classes at The Fitness Edge in Meredith, NH


In-person classes must be signed up for in advance. 

 Non-members need to call the front desk to reserve their place in class.


Enrollment Policy for Classes


  • Thank you for registering to use our Fitness Edge Application enabling you to sign up for classes in advance.


  • When you register for classes on the application, please be considerate and show up for class.  Other members may be on the waitlist for a place in class.  Classes that regularly fill up and experience "no-shows" do not give those on the waitlist notice there is space in class or enough time to get to the gym for the start of class.


  • As a result, the following Class Cancellation Policy will be “enforced” for all classes as needed.  We need members to cancel at least 12 hours before class starts. If you are canceling for a 5:30 pm class do it the night before. This allows wait-list members to be notified they are able to come to class and gives them enough preparation time to get to the gym. Those on the waitlist are not penalized for not showing up.


  • If you have a pre-existing medical condition that requires last-minute cancellations, please be considerate of others and do not sign up too many days in advance for the classes. Of course, unforeseeable things happen, so please contact the front desk 603-279-0411for assistance.


  • How do I know if I got into a class from the waitlist? If you go to the dashboard on your application, it will tell you all the classes you are registered for or waitlisted for.  Our Front Desk staff will also to their best to notify you if a place opens up on the day of class.


  • What will the consequences be if I continually "no show"? Both members and instructors have agreed on what they thought is fair. We decided the member will not be allowed to sign up for that particular class the following week because they were 'no-showed". We do track who cancels, "no-shows" and arrives for each class. If you attempt to sign up for class after you "no-showed" your name will be removed from the class roster.


  • Lastly, you can try and get into a full class by arriving at the gym 5 minutes before the start time. If anyone has not shown up for a class you are welcome to their space --unless they previously told the front desk or instructor they are running late.

  • If you are feeling lightheaded or dizzy sit-down, take a break
