About Jennifer

Jen has been practicing yoga on and off since 2000. A knee issue developed from running that pushed her to step on her mat more frequently. While yoga was proving to be a great compliment to running, she started feeling a deeper connection to her inner and outer strength and a new peace developed from a consistent yoga practice. In 2023, Jen was called to complete her 200-Hour Power Vinyasa YTT with Elephant Tree Yoga in Ipswich, MA. She then taught at Buddhaful Souls Yoga Studio in Rowley. Her commitment revealed yoga is not something you “do” but is a practice to be lived and embodied. She believes in teaching with an open heart and compassion for meeting students where

they are in their journey.
