About Michelle

At the age of 23, Michelle took her health and wellness into her own hands. After struggling with morbid obesity, she began to educate herself and became a certified group exercise instructor, personal trainer, yoga instructor and nutritional counselor. She has made it her life’s work to share her journey of a healthy 100 pound weight loss. Michelle strives to help people live a balanced, happy and healthy life. She is an avid hiker, marathon runner and cyclist.
