About David L

Dave was the founder of the Granite State Triathlon Club in 2003 and has completed two Ironman Triathlons and multiple marathons around the country including the Boston in 2011. Dave became a certified Spin Instructor in 2006 and enjoys motivating others. A graduate of Plymouth State College (PSC), he carries a degree in Physical Education and a Masters of Education in Guidance, Counseling and School Administration. He was inducted into the PSC Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011. Take his class. It’s an hour you won’t regret on the
