About Mio

Mio has been teaching group fitness and training clients since 1992. She teaches a variety of class styles including Step, Kick Boxing, Cycling, Pilates, Pure Strength and Yoga. She holds a Personal Trainer certificate through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and has helped members and clients with Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation and Weight Loss for years. Mio has been an instructor with The Fitness Edge since 2011 and also teaches yoga in Sandwich, NH. It is a rare and special gem to have a professional on staff with over 30 years of training experience.
